6.1-9/21 Wall Repairs – following the review of the Parish Council Assets & Land it was considered this repair is not necessary.
6.2-9/21 Donation/Grant forms uploaded to website.
6.3-9/21 Reservoir Safety & Anti-Social Behaviour, Clerk has contacted Darlington Police who have agreed to send an officer to a Parish Council meeting in the future.
6.4-9/21 Donation to St Andrews Church – Cemetery tidy-up.

7-9/21 POSSIBLE INCREASE IN DONATION TO ST ANDREWS CHURCHYARD TIDY-UP

A survey completed via “Sadberge Goings On” to seek views of residents.

8-9/21 PARISH COUNCIL REVIEW OF 2021/22 BUDGET
2021/22 Parish Council Budget review. Revised Budget distributed to Parish Councillors

9-9/21 REVIEW OF PARISH COUNCIL FIXED ASSETS AND LAND
Six members and the Clerk carried the review, agreed some items to be removed, revised register to be issued to Council once the full review is completed.

10-9/21 SELF DEFENCE TRAINING
Emma Parker has 19 confirmed attendees; further advertising will appear in the next edition of “Roundabout” in an effort to increase participants. Agreed donation of £200 made out to the organiser is listed for approval.

11-9/21 SADBERGE RESIDENT’S 100TH BIRTHDAY
Despite Millie Dobson being taken ill and admitted to hospital and then moved to Middleton care home, it was reported by her family that she enjoyed her day. She was proud to receive her Birthday Card from the Queen and delighted with the Bouquet & Card sent on behalf of Sadberge residents by the Parish Council. Cost £56, see payments.

12-9/21 FOOTPATHS IN SADBERGE
There has been some repair work carried out in some areas of the footpaths in the village.

13-9/21 ROADSIDE GULLIES
It has been requested the gutters need clearing on the roadsides in the village.

14-9/21 ACCESS TO CHILDREN’S PLAYAREA – BEHIND ABBEY ROAD
Councillor Murphy has requested the stile be replaced with a “kissing Gate” to allow better access for disabled and pushchairs to access the play area.

15-9/21 CLIMATE CHANGE & BIODIVERSITY
Update by Councillor Hurst, to include recent survey of Old Allotment area by Martin Allen (invoice received, see payments) and Queen’s canopy trees
