Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of Sadberge Parish Council, due to COVID-19 Government restrictions, will be held remotely, via a Zoom Conference, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday 7th July 2020 for the purpose of transacting the business listed in the agenda below.

4.1Hampass – Letter to confirm agreement to complete fence to Head of Anglo-Saxon Farmers.
4.2SCSN – report to Banks Community Fund on funds employed by the Network.
4.3In the absence of the Annual Sadberge Parish Meeting – a written statement be drawn up describing the Council’s activities over the last 12 months.

4.5Request by Councillor Best for Planning decisions to include as an Agenda item
5. Review of year to date expenditure and 2020-21 Budget.
6. Purchase of new Printer for Parish Clerk duties
7. A request from Mrs M Thompson to agree a modest Budget for the maintenance of the Memorial Garden of up to £200.
8. Purchasing of new strimmer to assist in Village Greens upkeep.
9. Defibrillators – Defibrillator on Village Green deployed 14/06/20. New Pads required, one used and one due to expire end of June 2020. New pads (2) ordered and received from St John Ambulance. £106.00 payment made by Clerk; approval required to reimburse Clerk
10. Virtual Parish Council Meetings – Agree to fund Zoom Account monthly cost of £11.99 + VAT of £2.40 to hold any meetings called by Sadberge Parish Council until further notice and approve payment of £14.39 the cost of June meeting, paid by Clerk.

Though this was an inspired initiative it was little used. The Parish Council must now decide what to do with the tablets.

16. Sadberge Parish Council proposed new website
17. Proposal from Mr E Lowther, following his recent inspection of the seats around the village, some repainting is required. He also reports that a wooden bollard at the entrance to East Close has been dislodged, probably by a motor vehicle and needs to be re-secured.
