At the meeting in February 2024 the Council agreed a donation to Emma Parker to organise and fund the annual Easter Egg Hunt of £50. Emma Parker presented an invoice for £57.50 in total. The shortfall of £7.50 was notified at the April Meeting which the Council agreed. Clerk failed to minute this decision. Parish Council to retrospectively to agree the shortfall payment made on the 9th April 2024.
