Annual Sadberge Parish Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given; the Annual Meeting of Sadberge Parish Council will be held in Sadberge Village Hall, on Tuesday 18th May 2021 for the purpose of transacting the business listed in the agenda below. The Annual Sadberge Parish Meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m. will proceed the Annual Parish Council Meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

6-5/21 Electric Vehicle Charging Points – Councillor Murphy proposes the Council agree to undertake a survey of residents and visitors. The cost for printing will be £100 (black & white) including a £25 donation to “Roundabout”.
7-5/21 O.S. Map – Councillor Murphy proposes the Council replace the display at the Bus Stop.
8-5/21 Climate Change & Biodiversity – up date by Councillor Hurst
9-5/21 Repairs to Village green strimmer authorised by Clerk, Mr Lowther presented invoice for £52.73
10-5/21 Councillor Lazenby requests funding for floral and hanging basket displays to a maximum of £300
11-5/21 Parish Council Insurance, Came & Company renewal invoice received – Premium £352.98. Council to agree payment.
12-5/21 VAT. During the project in which the Council acted as Financial Body for East & West Newbiggin the Clerk claimed the VAT relating to invoices for this project, £526 to refunded to HMRC. Council must confirm payment refund
