DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 WEST ROW, SADBERGE
Whereas Darlington Borough Council, being the Highway Authority, is satisfied that such restriction is necessary to allow works to fell a tree in the church grounds, The Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby gives notice of the temporary closure as follows:
WEST ROW
From its junction with Church View to the north side of its junction with Beacon Grange Park
Access for residents only. An alternative route will be signed via Church View, Middleton Road, Church Lane and vice versa.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this notice is 5 days commencing from 24th March 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 days.
