SADBERGE PARISH COUNCIL
VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR
I hereby give Notice that a vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for the Sadberge Parish Council.
Rule 5(2) of the Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) (England and Wales) Rules, 2006, now applies.
The rule allows TEN ELECTORS for the parish in which the casual vacancy exists to request the Returning Officer to hold an election to fill that vacancy.
That request must be made in writing within fourteen working days of the date of the notice and must be received no later than midnight on Friday, 4th March 2022.
